from 517 reviewsMy 3D Time-Piece Calendar arrived in a sturdy gift box. The calendar is made from high grade paper with LED lights on the bottom. I removed the first four pages so it is open to January 1. The acrylic box will protect the calendar and keep it safe from spills and dust in between removing pages. The pages that are removed each day are suitable for bookmarks or notes. There is a spot for a pen and the LED lights on the bottom will make a soft night light. I can see the craftsmanship and look forward to the unveiling of the completed castle. January 1 daily changes, shapes and colors that appear will provide an enchanting surprise. This is a well designed calendar and a great value for such a unique item.

This is a gift from my elder brother to me. At first, he told me the calendar. When I opened it, I didn't understand what it was. So I tore it off page by page until a complete owl and a magic book gradually emerged. This calendar is surprisingly sturdy, I was expecting to accidentally rip the page off and mess it up, but that hasn't happened. These cards are thick and not easy to tear. I like this gift!

Honestly bought this on a whim for decoration Because I like anything with a Harry Potter theme, and WOW… it actually blew me away. The incredible 3D detail makes it look like a souvenir from a museum
I keep it in the office. The sticky notes and calendar are used to record the work content planned for today. Its base is very solid and the surface is shiny. The whole thing feels more like a beautiful collectible rather than a notebook. I get compliments on it constantly, and it’s fun peeling off the paper day by day.
This is a great gift for those who like cute and practical stationery and desktop decorations.

My daughter is a Harry Potter fan. Coincidentally, this calendar is in the style of Harry Potter, with a cute owl standing on the magic book! There is a three-dimensional owl silhouette on the paper. My daughter really likes it! She daughter can't wait for the last pull from the base. It is so cute and detailed. This gift is wonderful for Harry Potter fans!

Reviewing Time Piece Calendar 2025, This is a great calendar. It is Christmas themed but that’s because it takes all year to pull off each day and expose more of the Christmas tree. As you can see from the pictures, each layer has two days on it and the month name. The layers are all different colors and textures, depending on what is needed for that section of Christmas tree exposure.
It comes in a cute box, appropriate for gift giving and the calendar sits inside an acrylic box (it can easily be removed to remove the past days), which protect the scene from damage through the year. Each layer breaks off in three pieces and if you put two AAA batteries the bottom, it will light up, and apparently, it will rotate, once the pages are turned off. It’s still the beginning of the year though, so I obviously have not pulled off enough layers for it to rotate. It’s good quality stock paper and looks great. I love it!

It was early April when I first saw this desktop calendar listed, but as someone who loves all things Christmas, I had to have it. I love the unique design. There is a Christmas tree hidden inside a stack of laser-cut cardstock. Each layer has a card cut into three pieces and laser-cut with the month, dates, and days of the week. There are two days per layer; on the first day you leave the layer intact and the first date is the correct day. The second day you remove the piece with the first day, leaving only one date, which is the correct day. The next day you remove the remaining two pieces showing the month and date, and start with a fresh layer again showing two dates. As layers are removed, the Christmas tree becomes more visible throughout the year. I thought when I ordered it that the tree inside was plastic, but it is actually also made of laser-cut paper.
The calendar comes enclosed in a light-up plastic display case which takes two AAA batteries (not included). The light switch is a built-in touch switch which is marked by a fingerprint. It emits a soft glow at the edges of the base that shines through the sides of the top of the case. The display case keeps the paper tree clean and protected, making it suitable for display for many Christmases to come. The entire thing comes packed in a sturdy black cube box that be used to store your tree after Christmas, or reused as a gift box for a mug or similar sized item.

This is such a fun way to display the date! I love that it encourages you to tear off a page each day- as in the past the daily calendars sometimes got forgotten. The panda design is adorable! It's a great item to gift as it comes nicely wrapped in a gift box and well packaged. The visual of the panda's appearing really puts into perspective how quickly the year is passing by and how much time you have left to accomplish your goals.

This is so much fun! It takes all year to reveal what's inside and the whole thing sits inside a lighted case that makes it really show off!

Cute, clever and fun. This is a neat way to have a desk calendar with something interesting to look forward to as the year goes on. The design changes and reveals more of the design as it goes. It's fun and neat and compact enough to sit nicely on your desk.

The paper is good quality, and perfect large size. Very happy with this purchase : )

I bought one of these for my wife last year and the whole family loved it. I bought three more to give away as gifts to coworkers. Really awesome and creative calendar. I highly recommend!

I’ve loved medieval history for as long as I can remember, and one of my biggest dreams has been to stand inside real medieval castles. Next week, that dream comes true when I leave for my UK trip—and this calendar couldn’t have come into my life at a more perfect time.
The design is absolutely enchanting. Each page you tear away slowly reveals an incredibly detailed 3D castle, complete with towers, archways, and tiny architectural touches that make it feel like something out of a storybook. I couldn’t resist getting a little preview, so I removed just the extra top five pages, and even in this early stage, it’s already captivating. The craftsmanship is impressive, and the paper quality is sturdy enough to keep the structure crisp as the year unfolds.
What excites me most is knowing that, day by day in 2026, I’ll get to watch this castle come to life on my desk—almost like it’s being “built” in real time. It’s more than a calendar; it’s a piece of art, a conversation starter, and a daily reminder of the places I love and the adventures that inspire me. By the time December comes, I’ll have a miniature castle to display, and I know it will be something I treasure for years to come

Well, I'll do my best to review something I can't logically use until January 1 2026 since it's a calendar but, so far this looks very intriguing. This tear-away calendar is quite hefty feeling, a nice thickness that hints at the castle that will be revealed day-by-day. One really cool thing is that it actually lights up! The calendar is in a cube shape, nicely packaged not only in an outer giftable box, but an inner Plexi-glass box for added protection. After all the year's pages are torn off, the finished castle can be stored in the clear Plexi box for dust-free display and safe keeping. I love the light up feature and it does come with a battery pre-installed. The paper is nice and thick, almost like cardstock and feels smooth and cotton-rich. This would make a classy gift for anyone, but especially for that one person that is a challenge to buy for. Gorgeous attention to details. I'll be getting more for Christmas gifts. Price is fair for this high quality product.

I'm not going to waste this calendar by actually removing the days, so I have not yet seen the final result of the castle in person. I am content to believe the photos they put up in the listing, since I have now seen the calendar in its new condition. It comes in a nice gift box, which encloses an acrylic display case with clean, flame-polished edges. The light in the base works and I am looking forward to seeing the final result. The paper used for the days is heavy and richly colored. The perforations for each layer are designed to guarantee easy separation and a clean look on the revealed model.

It’s taking a great deal of self-restraint not to start tearing the pages off this 2026 calendar right now just to watch the paper sculpture hidden inside take shape. That said, 2026 is still several months away, and even then—at a page a day—it will be quite a while (if I can maintain sufficient self-control) before I actually get to the point where the castle is revealed. So, for now, this review can only cover first impressions. I’ll return and update my opinion if, during or at the end of the process (hello, 2027!), it turns out to be in any way unsatisfactory or disappointing.
Based solely on first impressions and a cursory examination, it seems well-made, with a nice plastic/acrylic holder box and no obvious defects or concerns. I think it would make a fine gift for anyone who wants a desktop calendar with a unique, fun, novelty twist—and the potential to outlive its use as a calendar by becoming a keepsake.
