from 731 reviewsThis daily desk calendar is a perfect gift for any music lover. The Cutting is very detailed and when the individual pages are removed a beautiful 3D scene of a grand piano appears. then you can even open the wing of the piano and make is stand out.
I have just started on this pad, but will post updated pictures when I get further. But from my peak inside it looks great.
This is one of those harder to review items as it's designed to be used daily starting in a few months. So without actually just pulling all the pages off or using my time machine, which would be hard to justify for a small desk calendar, I'll just have to go with what I can see.
I think the most important thing is it looks like it's been cut precisely, which will be the key to the final look. Ironically at the end of 2026 I can post the finished look, but unless they put out a 2027 the photo won't be of much benefit.
Assuming the photos on the listing are accurate, it will end up looking really cool whichever direction you go. Trains have always been a popular thing in my family so I went with that one.
Packaging looks good, quality looks good, and everything fits well. The light likely won't be used for a long time, so might as well wait on pulling the tab to let the batteries get activated until later.
If the end product looks as pictured and you can write on your notepad like sticky notes plus a calendar, it makes it look like a pretty good value for the money.
This 3D tree calendar is such a unique thing! The design is pretty and eye-catching — it looks more like a little work of art than a typical calendar. It’s sturdy, simple, and adds a nice decorative touch to a desk or shelf. I love how it combines function and style — a fun way to keep track of the days while adding a bit of charm. At the end of the year, you have a pretty tree design to use as decor! Great value for a gift and great value for the money!
High quality and very detailed. Looks as pictured but nicer than I thought it would be. This is an update to a previous review as I couldn’t edit it. I thought it came with batteries but after further research on this site I noticed a customer picture and checked and there were no batteries. Sorry about that.
I am thrilled to be using this calendar. It represents an epic year for my sister and I.
It will be a gift but we're excited to see his reaction. He lives pirate ships.
I love these but never got one. Pros I love this style of calendar because it adds a small routine to your day. It’s not just checking the calendar you tear a piece off and reveal a little sculpture. I love that it has lights too! The packaging is beautiful and matches the product. I love that it also comes with a plastic case to protect it from my cat. Cons I would have loved the instructions printed on the first couple pages. I don’t want to take anything off before I’m supposed to.
I ordered this because we are Harry Potter fans and I thought this looks like a unique idea. In order to test out how it works, I had to destroy it prior to the year it’s made for - doh! But it is a pretty cool reveal. Once we had torn off about half of the weeks (and note that the calendar pages are not individual days, but labeled in chunks by each week), I finally switched on the light. At first, I thought my wiring was bad, because only the left side of my half-revealed castle was lighting up. However, after we removed about 25% more pages, I tried out the lighting again and found that the whole castle was indeed wired up with light, nice! It’s amazing how intricate some of the sections turn out, knowing that the cliffs are carved out of stacked paper. I haven’t removed some of the bottom sheets yet, but we pulled off enough to get the gist and take photos of the turn out. While I would say this is more of an elegant gift for a Harry Potter fan than a calendar, it is still a cool, unique gift that some fans of the series are bound to love.
I’m excited to see the end result of this mini decorative lighted magical castle! This is such a great idea for a calendar. The hardest/worst part is I will have to be patient to see it finished until January 1, 2027 lol.
The colors: from what I can tell the colors are beautiful. The dark blue at the top is a beautiful hue. From the side I can see the layers and the other colors appear to be just as beautifully dark vibrant.
The light: I can’t test the light yet but it does come with a little pull paper to activate the light when it’s finished so I’m hopeful the battery will last and that will be such a fun addition to this.
The case: this comes with a protective plastic case, which is fantastic. This will be a great way to protect the finished decorative castle and display it. It has a hole in the corner for a pen which is great!
The quality: this is amazing quality. The paper is a great card stock and feels sturdy. The plastic/light component on the back feels well done and sturdy as well. The plastic protective case is also sturdy. Overall just beautiful workmanship. It seems like each paper should be easy to tear away since the perforation seems well done.
The fine details: since it obviously isn’t finished yet I can only judge from what I can see at this point - the cutting for the day/month/year etc seems well cut, not sloppy at all. On the side you can see the perforations for the design and it seems well done.
I like to purchase calendars as gifts for the holidays. This calendar is like no other I have seen. You remove a bit of each page and by the end of the year you have a wizardry-looking castle with a light and an acrylic box to display it. I will tell you that it is only weekly but if you have it on your desk at work, it can be a nice thing to do at the start of the week.
The presentation is very nice. It arrived in a nice red box despite being shrink wrapped. The card stock is very nice and heavy. The stencil cut on the weekly day/date pages is very well done. These little slivers of paper are neat and unique. This calendar is a great gift for an individual who like unique things, likes Magic, Harry Potter, the big show about dragons, or just fantasy literature and movies.
This desk calendar is such a fun and creative piece—I went ahead and tore all the pages out right away for the sake of giving a full representation of the product, and I couldn’t be happier. The clear case makes it look clean and modern and dust-free, while the castle design that emerges as the weeks pass is absolutely stunning. The built-in lights add a warm, enchanting glow, and I love the thoughtful addition of a pencil holder, which makes it both decorative and functional for my home office desk.
Replacing the batteries is simple—you can carefully pry open the bottom plastic piece (from the round end) when needed. The weekly pages themselves are also a delight, with unique cutouts and clever little designs throughout. I did find a few tiny loose cut pieces in the stack, but they shook out easily and didn’t affect the finished look at all.
Overall, this is such a unique, well-made piece that combines art, light, and practicality. Perfect for wizarding world fans! The lovely box it comes in is very gift-able as well.
I am very excited to use this calendar next year. Everything came contained in a small gift box, ready to be unboxed set out on a desk and used when the new year strikes. The paper is good quality and the first couple of pages tore away easily in preparation. This is a fun way to mark the passage of time through the new year.

I waited all year to light this up and it doesn’t work. So disappointed. Would have been 5 stars if it had worked.
